Our small group sessions combine the structure of personal training with the energy of training alongside others. With a maximum of six people per group, our coaches can focus on your individual goals, track your progress, and help you move safely and confidently — whether you’re brand new to the gym or getting back into fitness after a break.
Each session is designed to build full-body strength, improve fitness and boost confidence. You’ll learn proper technique, use resistance and functional training methods, and see measurable progress week by week.
We run on a simple monthly membership with flexible session times and a friendly community that makes training something you look forward to.
