Fin developed an interest in MMA and jiu-jitsu after watching the UFC and moved from Cambridgeshire to Manchester to train at SBG Manchester.

​

Fin has been training for over three years and, in 2024, earned his blue belt at the prestigious SBG Manchester gym. Since receiving his blue belt, he has continued to compete, winning medals at local competitions and most recently competing multiple times on the Gorilla Invitational show, including a highlight heel hook finish in under one minute. He was also part of the team that won the Mighty Grappling Championship Quintet Tournament.

Fin is currently a very active competitor, looking to continue expanding his résumé and winning more competitions. He also serves as the assistant coach for the kids’ jiu-jitsu programme at Central Performance Centre.

Outside of training and coaching, Fin enjoys lifting weights and skateboarding.
